There are lots of health benefits to spending time outside, children are more physically active and there is space and freedom to move. Spending time in nature is calming, it gives your kids the ability to focus and pay attention. Did you know natural light is beneficial for children’s eyesight. If you don't have plush owl babies you could make your own and take them to the woods to find branches for them to sit on!
