Brand Manager- Indy
My love for the outdoors started when I did the Duke of Edinburgh award, and hasn’t stopped since. I find myself balanced and relaxed when I’m outdoors, hiking and walking to wherever there’s a picturesque view- the higher the better. I’m so happy my daughters share the same passion for adventure- nothing stops them from reaching the summit. We spend any weekend we can out in nature, we love visiting the National Forest, Peak District and National Trust landscapes.
Operations Manager- Sarah
I have two boys who have always been encouraged to be outdoors as much as possible and as a family we like to get out exploring in the Peak District when we can. I used to work for Derbyshire Wildlife Trust, and I’m also a qualified Level 3 Forest School practitioner and Early Years educator. Enabling families to get outdoors and enjoy the benefits it can bring physically and mentally are some of the best parts of working at Little Trekkers, and I'm really proud of all the challenges the Little Trekkers families have completed, it's like one big community!
Senior Campaign Manager- Gemma
I have two boys who are 5 and 9 and we live by the sea in South Devon. I was born and raised in Devon and we came back home after spending 11 years living in London and starting our family, and haven’t really left the beach since! We love spending our weekends outdoors adventuring on local beaches and our wonderful local National Park, Dartmoor. We have just renovated a 20 year old caravan and are enjoying our new adventures exploring Devon and beyond together every chance we get.
Social Media Manager- Jess
I have two little explorers of my own, we love being outdoors in all weathers! We live on my husband's Northumberland family farm, surrounded by the picturesque National Park, incredible coastline, Hadrian’s wall, amazing waterfalls, fantastic National Trust and English Heritage properties, all of which and more we love to explore. Any opportunity we get, you’ll also find us popping over to Cumbria- the Langdale valley is my “happy place”.
I’ve been involved in our brilliant local Scouts for 14 years; as a leader, I’ve just started a Squirrel Drey (a brand new section for 4–6 year olds) and my son is a Beaver Scout too!
Customer Service- Kerrie
Growing up in rural Suffolk I spent many days exploring the countryside, climbing ruins and having adventures along the Suffolk coastline. Now living in the heart of the National Forest, I have always encouraged my two daughters to do the same. My family love time together outdoors exploring our surroundings, and with the right kit and clothing for the seasons there is no stopping them. Wading in our wellies and crab fishing at Walberswick is a family favourite!
Marketing Assistant-Kyle
Growing up & living, to me in the most wonderful place, The Lake District has nurtured a respect & love for the outdoors. Most of my time is spent hiking the fells, swimming the lakes, or sleeping under the stars in the mountains with my tribe, my four-legged best friend Mia & my partner Summer. Being outdoors makes me feel more human. My favourite Cumbrian mountain has to be Helvellyn, with my favourite lake being Ullswater. I share the same love for mountains as I do healthy foods, breath work, meditation, ice baths, alt-J, Patagonia, being barefoot, Lord of the Rings, Stranger Things, mushrooms & all four legged animals!
