Crabs are Everywhere at the Seaside

We love crabs. My mum and Dad love crabs. In fact, they are obsessed with crabs and it is really difficult to get a look in when we go crabbing.

Apparently it was compulsary in the 1970’s for all under 12 year olds who were on their holidays.

Going crabbing has got to be on every kid’s list of things to do at the seaside and if you have never done it you can take a look at our Crabbing Top Tips so you can be well prepared.

The good thing about crabbing is that even if you haven’t got a crabbing line, you can usually find crabs at the beach. They are everywhere on rocky beaches and you just need to lift a few rocks carefully or look in the rock pools to find them. But I like crabbing with a crab line and I’ve done it every single year since I was small
