Ingredients
- 100g butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1 cup of coconut flakes
- 3 cups rice krispies
- 1 tsp mixed spice (cinnamon, coriander, all spice, ginger, nutmeg, cloves)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine the butter, sugar, honey and peanut butter in a sauce pan and bring to the boil for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile combine the oats and coconut flakes and brown these lightly in the oven.
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl, before adding the hot fudge.
- Stir quickly until you have a uniform mix.
- Transfer into a small baking tray covered by a baking sheet, and ensure to divide into bars within 15 minutes.
